  Is This God's Organization?

  is this gods organization?.

  after 50 yrs in, 25 as some type of servant in responsible position, i am beginning to wonder.. .

  to me, gods organization should be exactly what the bible says.

  A previous post referred to the creator as a terrorist, think about what the organization teaches. They say that God is going to kill everybody horribly, however if you can get them to sign on the dotted line he'll spare them temporarily until the 1000 yrs in which they could be killed at any time or at the end when their tested again. Another thing to consider is if you and them later don't get out their & preach wholeheartedly I'll kill you & them too. the choice is yours god says I'm innocent and I'm love remember that.

  Doesn't that just warm your heart? makes you want to attend meetings & identify yourself as"one of Jehovahs witnesses" the god of truth & love.

  It won't be easy to leave why would it be the terrorist is calling the shots.

  listening to an uncomfortable talk / demonstration.

  i was thinking this afternoon about a sister who was married to a witness guy who worked pt, they had one 5 yr. old boy.

  and a 1 yr. old girl.. one evening at the tms she was giving talk # 3, and halfway through the talk she stopped, looked a little flustered, and said "i can't do this anymore".

  she proceeded to get off the stage, and walked out of the hall with her husband looking very red - faced while he was gathering up the kids.. shortly afterwards, she was df'ed and left her husband for another guy.. back then i was just mortified regarding what she said, ( along with most of the congregation) but now i understand her position.. another extreme demonstration was in the late 1980's.

  I remember being a householder and the woman giving the talk went blank halfway thru and looked at me with terrified look so I turned to the audience and said we're taking a commercial break and we'll be back in a moment everyone laughted even the sister across from me than it all came back to her and she finished.

  If you were in the Governing Body, how would YOU change the generation prophecy?

  i personally would lose the overlapping terminology and just say that the generation refers to the entire jehovah's witness movement.

  jesus is basically saying that the movement would not be gone when end comes to fruition.

  this will give us hope during the great tribulation because there will be times when our extermination seems imminent.. what about you?.

  new light flash! We now realize evidently, that the generation spoken of in Matthew was invisible and has been present in the pleiades system since 1874. We recently received a message spirit directed of course that that/this generation is about to invade our planet and turn it into a paradise diner for their own pleasure.

  Did The Witnesses Predict the United Nations in Advance?

  it's been reported on this forum that bethel speakers at this summer's conventions are asserting that the establishment of the united nations in 1945 was predicted in advance by the witnesses.

  this is being presented as validation of the claim that the witnesses are god's one true organization directed by holy spirit.. .

  the basis for this claim originates with a public address entitled, peace - can it last given by n.h. knorr at the new world theocratic assembly, on september 20 of 1942. .

  thinking back to when I was told about this so called prophecy by knorr when I was studying I think they said he also said there would be a period of peace so the preaching work could proceed to cover the earth.

  It seems to me that you loose your audience pretty fast if your prayer goes to long. People started thinking this prayer is awfully long they start daydreaming, It would be an interesting experiment to see how long a prayer could go before people started leaving the room.
